Delete your POLIKRATOS account

You can request permanent deletion of your POLIKRATOS account and associated data without reinstalling the app.

1. Email us from the address connected to your account.
2. Use the subject POLIKRATOS Account Deletion Request.
3. Include your display name. Never send your password.
4. Complete account-ownership verification if requested.

Requests are processed without undue delay, normally within 30 days after verification.

What will be deleted

Your authentication account, email association, display name, avatar reference, profile and data directly associated with your account will be deleted or irreversibly anonymised. This includes associated multiplayer participation and ranking data where technically and legally possible.

What may be retained

Limited records may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or protection of other players. Retained information will be restricted to those purposes and kept only as long as necessary.
