Terms of Service

Effective: 31 August 2026

These Terms govern your use of POLIKRATOS, provided by Georgios Koutoulas. By using the game or related services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 and meet the minimum age required in your country. Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use POLIKRATOS for non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms. The game, artwork, rules implementation, branding, software and content remain owned by the Developer or applicable licensors.

3. Fair play

Do not cheat, automate play, exploit defects, manipulate matchmaking or ratings, interfere with servers, impersonate others, harass players, reverse engineer protected services, or use the Services unlawfully. We may restrict or terminate access and correct rankings where necessary to protect fair competition.

4. Online availability

Online modes depend on network and third-party infrastructure. We may maintain, change, suspend or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted matchmaking, preservation of every match, or permanent availability of a cosmetic item.

5. Purchases and advertising

The current release does not activate real-money purchases or an advertising network. If purchases are introduced, price, renewal, refund and entitlement terms will be presented before purchase and applicable store rules will apply.

6. Updates and game balance

We may update rules, cards, boards, matchmaking, ratings and technical requirements to improve balance, security and compatibility.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted, the Developer is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use or unavailability of the Services.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Services and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security threats or legal requirements.

9. Changes and contact
